This SMS Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Serenity Rx Spa, LLC ("Serenity Rx Spa," "we," "us," or  "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information in connection with your use of the services to  receive short message services and/or multimedia services for marketing and non-marketing purposes from us  through the Twilio platform ("SMS Services"). 

This Privacy Policy is strictly limited to the SMS Services described herein and does not relate to the collection or use of personal information through any of our other services. It has no effect on, and is unrelated to, any other privacy policies that may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts. • Customer Communication Platforms: We may use platforms such as GoHighLevel to manage SMS campaigns,  schedule messages, and track communications. Each platform operates under its own privacy and data handling practices. 

• Service Providers and Vendors: We may share information with other service providers and vendors as necessary to provide the SMS Services to you. 

Important: We do not share text message opt-in consents or related mobile telephone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. We share this information only with our service providers and vendors as necessary to deliver the SMS Services. 

We may also share your personal information if necessary to: 

• Comply with any applicable law or regulation 

• Respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information 

• Investigate or address potential violations of our terms or applicable laws

DATA RETENTION  

We retain your phone number and SMS-related personal information for as long as you remain opted in to the SMS Services. After you opt out:

• After this period, your opt-in and opt-out records are deleted, except where longer retention is required by law. 

Information you provide as part of an active customer relationship (such as appointment history) may be retained for longer periods as part of your customer record, governed by our general Privacy Policy.
